Mike McMath, Scarab Club Artist in Residence, will be offering a faux painting workshop at the Scarab Club. Participants will learn how to create unique wall treatments with faux finishes.  The basic technique will be Venetian plaster, as seen on the second floor landing at the SC.  It is a 5-step process, which creates an antique Tuscan effect.  He will also address subtractive faux finish techniques such as leather, strie and combing.   Class is limited to 12 students.  Reserve your spot!
