Figurative Drawing Sessions
(non-instructional)

3 hrs per session, offered twice per week, every week

Thursday:  short pose life from 7pm-10pm
Saturday:   long pose costumed & life from 10am-1pm

FEE
Free to members and students with current ID, $7 fees for non-members.  Pay on a per session basis at the door

MATERIALS
Easels supplied, bring whatever media you would like to use

Guest Artist Sketch Sessions
(Not always on calendar, offered from time-to-time.)

Sketch sessions led by a guest artist/educator offering a blend of life drawing, informal class and critique.

All writers welcome.  Co-sponsored by Springfed Arts-Metro Detroit Writers & the Scarab Club.

Six-week course.  3 hrs per session.
Begins Monday, February 2 – Monday, March 9 from 7pm-10pm

Downtown Literary Arts Series

Presented by Springfed Arts-Metro Detroit Writers & the Scarab Club.  Readings featuring local and national writers.

Weekly readings on Sundays, from 2 pm – 4 pm.

Artists Lectures

For invitational exhibitions, a gallery opening event will be held featuring the guest artist.  This opening allows the public an opportunity to learn about the artists work.
